    This pale yellow wine is a blend of four white wine varieties: Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat and Gewurztraminer. The nose is very complex; you can detect aromas such as matured exotics fruits and delicate white flowers. Fruity and mineral, this wine complements a large variety of dishes such as fish, white meats, spicy food, desserts...equally delicious when served as an aperitif.
